Rick Dymond (Owner) has been a practicing hearing specialist for 18 years and has served the Lansing and West Michigan areas. He is also licensed by the state of Michigan as a Hearing aid dealer.

Mr. Herbert C Knapp BC-HIS (former owner of Knapp Hearing Aids) has 59 years experience. Herbert is a Certified Hearing Aid Audiologist and holds several patents involving hearing instruments. He has several honors and awards given by his peers at the International Hearing aid Society.

Herbert's daughter Melissa Knapp-Jensen has 27 years experience; 7 of those years spent working with a major hearing aid manufacturer in programming, training, and quality control positions.  She is the only person in the West Michigan Area with extensive hearing aid programming training.
